Includes instruction in the cellular and molecular processes of food processing in the human body, related metabolic processes, the relationship of food and nutrition to disease, and nutritional needs across the life span.
Students who are passionate about Human Nutrition can study up to a Post masters certificate. Currently, 483 students earn a some level of degree in Human Nutrition around the country each year.
