Thus, you should be prepared for it to make it much more productive and pleasant. Here are 3 things that you need to do on night before the exam:

1. Stay away from all sorts of distractions.

That one thing that hinders the attention of individual is mobile phone notifications. The goal of the night is to attain optimum learning and good preparation for the exam. For best focus, it is important to switch off phone to avoid all the notifications that might distract you. Another thing that makes it difficult to focus is Facebook and other related mediums. It is important to keep these things off so that your focus is on your goal, which is, preparing good for the exam.

2. Stay hydrated.

There is a myth that drinking coffee and tea will help you stay up all night. However, the concept is that if you stay hydrated all night, then it will help you to stay up as well as focused. Thereby, it is preferable to drink lot of water rather than tea and coffee. It will keep you focused and will assist you to prepare well for the exam.

3. Track your study process.

Analyze your syllabus for the exam. After analyzing, break the syllabus into 4 parts and set timers for each part. In this manner, you will be able to organize your syllabus and track your study process.
