Applicants must be a legal resident of the United States and at least 16 years of age and no older than 26 years of age. Applicants must be on track to apply for or currently enrolled in accredited post-high school/post-secondary educational programs. Applicants must create and submit a video (2 minutes or less in length) that answers the scholarship question.
