Award: Up to seven awards of $1000 -Must be making satisfactory progress toward a degree in any discipline and a participant in the Honors College -Must have a CUM GPA of 3.50 or higher ( on a scale of 4.0) -Applicants for the junior standing scholarship must have earned a minimum of 60 credit hours, including work in progress, at the time of application. -Applicants for the senior standing scholarship must have earned a minimum of ninety semester credit hours, including work in progress, at the time of application. -Must have completed a minimum of one academic year (two regular semesters) as a full-time at UTSA. A full-time undergraduate student is one enrolled in twelve or more semester hours of credit during fall, spring or entire summer term. -Must be a U.S. citizen -Must demonstrate a potential for and interest in pursuing graduate studies at a preeminent college or university -Must not plan to graduate until Spring
