Full Tuition and general fees for up to 8 full-time fall/spring semesters The student must have a parent employed and deemed eligible by a member institution of either the Tuition Exchange, Inc. (TE, Inc.) or the Council of Independent Colleges – Tuition Exchange Program (CIC-TEP) The employer’s Tuition Exchange Liaison Officer can provide specific eligibility requirements Admission to York College of PA is the only requirement for consideration Three CIC-TEP Scholarships are awarded each fall to incoming freshman on a first-come/first served basis Transfer students can be considered for a CIC-TEP Scholarship if a scholarship from their freshman year has gone unclaimed Five or more TE, Inc. Scholarships are awarded each year to incoming freshman and transfer students Minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.00 is required to renew the scholarship each year Replaces any other merit-based award Exchange scholarships may not be used for part-time study (< 12 credits), summer courses, study abroad, or graduate studies Exchange scholarships do not cover semesters in which a major requires study at another institution and tuition is paid to that institution (directly or through YCP)
